With the growing popularity of social media, concerns about its impact on mental health have emerged. This study aims to explore how instagram usage causes anxiety, depression, self-esteem and social comparison among UCU students. Qualitative approach will be employed majorly using in-depth interviews. The study will also examine moderating factors such as self-identity and mediating factors such as fear of missing out.
