The study used a convergent parallel mixed-methods design, with the three aims of the study being warehousing, transportation, and order fulfilment services, and quantitative and qualitative data were gathered from all the 30 employees by using structured questionnaires and interview guides, respectively, followed by analysis of the data using descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analysis. Results show how third-party warehousing can help increase inventory accuracy and decrease holding costs, and how transportation services are the most significant contributor, thereby improving delivery reliability and decreasing lead time. Order fulfillment services also help to ensure faster processing times, decrease mistakes, and boost customer satisfaction. It is found that the effective integration of 3PL providers enhances operational efficiency, reliability and service quality, and suggests that organisations should have strong partnerships with competent 3PL providers, have effective performance monitoring systems and improve the coordination systems. Future research is directed toward the role of digital technologies in enhancing third-party logistics performance in comparable resource-constrained contexts.enThe influence of third party service providers on logistical operationDissertation
