The specific objectives were to assess how employee satisfaction enhances organizational performance, examine the role of motivation in facilitating employee performance, and establish the relationship between employee satisfaction and organizational performance. The study involved a population of 45 respondents, with a sample size of 40 participants. Findings revealed significant relationships between employee satisfaction and organizational performance; specifically, higher levels of employee satisfaction correlated positively with improved organizational performance indicators such as productivity and job satisfaction (r = 0.75, p < 0.001). The study concluded that enhancing employee satisfaction through effective motivation strategies can significantly influence organizational performance.
