A case Study of Brookside Dairy Limited company. The study was guided by objectives which included, to examine the relationship between e -supplier management and cost reduction in Brookside Dairy Limited, to examine the relationship between e-invoicing and cost reduction in Brookside Dairy Limited and also to examine the relationship between e-tendering and cost reduction in Brookside Dairy Limited. The study was carried out using questionnaires with the selected lower-level employees of Brookside Dairy Limited and interviews with top management of the company. The study was carried out using a case study research design. The data were collected using questionnaires and during the data collection, purposive sampling method was used. A sample size of the females was 59.4% and the males were 40.6%. This finding suggests that the use of electronic supplier management has improved coordination and also E-supplier management enables timely sharing of information with suppliers, reducing procurement.enDissertation
