The specific objectives focused on assessing the effects of waste minimization, examining the effects of recycling, and examining the impact of safe disposal on organizational performance. A mixed research design approach was employed, combining both Likert scale and structured questionnaire data collection methods with target population of 29 respondents. Data was presented using tables, pie-chart, and bar graph, also mean and standard deviation analysis was involved. The findings reveal that waste minimization positively influences organizational performance, leading to improved efficiency, cost reduction, and enhanced corporate image. Moreover, recycling initiatives were found to have a significant positive impact on organizational performance, as they promote resource conservation, demonstrate environmental responsibility, and foster a sustainable corporate culture. Additionally, the study highlights that safe disposal practices contribute to organizational performance by minimizing environmental risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and safeguarding public health. The results emphasize the importance of effective waste management practices in boosting organizational performance. This study provides valuable insights for DHL Express and other organizations in South Sudan seeking to enhance their waste management strategies to achieve better operational outcomes.
