The objectives of the study were to evaluate the Impact of job design on employee performance, assessing the correlation between job design and quality of work and evaluating the influence of job designpractices on employee performance. The study employed cross sectional research and it used quantitative methods of research, these studies provided a snapshot of the frequency and characteristics of an aspect in a population at a particular point of time.The study was using 36 respondents and 20 managed to return the fully answered questionnaires. the findings indicated that job design has an impact on employee performance in Uganda Christian university.
