This result in more waste and concurrently the development result in New Life Patterns, Standard of living and attitudes change the waste composition to include more and more waste which calls for various waste management practices. The study was about analyzing waste management practices on sustainability a case study of Uganda Christian University. The objectives of the study included Assess waste combustion practices on sustainability at Uganda Christian University, Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of garbage collection practices at Uganda Christian University to determine their contribution to waste reduction and sustainable waste management, Examine the viability and impact of composting practices on sustainability by evaluating the quantity and quality of compost produced at Uganda Christian University. The study was carried out in Mukono District. The study employed both Qualitative and quantitative techniques in date collection. In addition, the data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and relational statistics and sampling and purposive techniques were used in interview and questionnaire methods of data collection.
