    The Legal Analysis of the Human Rights for the People in Detention: A Case Study of Luzira Prison

    A short epitome of the topic which make up constitutional law and the human rights of the people in detention (Luzira prison) and the order in which they are treated in this paper probably gave a clear idea of its subject matter and they were catalogued as follows Chapter One, entails the back ground of the study, statement of the problem, purpose of the study, objectives of the study, research questions, research hypothesis, scope of study, significance of study, and justification of study. Chapter Two, covers the literature review including theoretical review, physical environment in prison and human rights for the people in detention, prisoner rehabilitation and human rights for the people in detention and accountability in prisons and human rights for the people in detention. Chapter Three, highlights the methodology that was used during the study. It consists of the research design, study population, sample frame, data collection methods and instruments, data processing, limitations and ethical considerations. Chapter Four, entails the findings and discussion of human right violation in Luzira maximum prison. It entails deep analysis and discussion with the SWRO, ASPs and the detainees in the prison. This chapter therefore details my findings and analysis in the light of physical environment, prisoner rehabilitation and accountability. Chapter five, presents the summary and discussion of findings while making reference to other available literature. The chapter further presents recommendations and areas for further studie
