    Examining the Legal Implications of Medical Negligence Among Patients in Uganda

    Medical negligence is an act committed by a health professional in which the treatment provided Ugandan healthcare system. its explorers the extent to which patients are affected by negligent The findings reveal that while Uganda has legal provisions intended to protect patient’s, was below the standard that is expected. Medical negligence can be defined as breach of the duty leading to frustrating situation where public trust is completely lost on medical service providers. informed consent and standard of care in legal proceedings.
