The study's objectives were to evaluate the relationship between digital banking services and the DFCU Bank Kabale branch's financial performance, investigate the impact of mobile banking on the branch's financial performance, and evaluate the impact of internet banking and automated teller machines (ATMs) on the branch's operational effectiveness. Sample sizes in this study were obtained through random and selective sampling techniques. Questionnaire survey, observation, and interviews were some of the methods used for obtaining data. From the analysis carried out on findings in this research, it was found out that there is a relationship between use of digital banking services and financial performance at Kabale branch of DFCU bank. The findings from the regression test showed that there exists a positive and significant relationship between digital banking services and financial performance at DFCU. Holding other factors constant, the beta coefficient of digital banking (B=0.157) shows that one unit increase in digital banking will lead to increase of 0.157 units in financial performance. The standardised coefficient (Beta = 0.541) indicates that digital banking has a comparatively significant beneficial impact on financial performance. Furthermore, the association is statistically significant (p = 0.000 < 0.05), indicating that the effect is not the result of chance. When digital banking services are kept at zero, the baseline level of financial performance is represented by the constant value (0.457). The study findings showed effect of mobile banking on the financial performance of DFCU bank Kabale Branch and these included mobile banking usage contributes to increased loan repayments and savings, mobile banking services have improved deposit mobilization, mobile banking has facilitated faster and more efficient customer transactions; mobile banking reduces congestion and workload inside the banking hall. The study findings also revealed the influence of internet banking and ATMS on operational efficiency and these include ATMs improve transaction speed and service efficiency, ATM services have improved accessibility to banking services, Internet banking reduces paperwork and manual errors, ATMs reduce the workload of bank tellers, Internet banking enhances customer service convenience, Internet banking has reduced long queues in the branch. The study's conclusions suggested that bank management should increase customer awareness and training regarding the usage of digital banking platforms, including ATMs, internet banking, and mobile banking. The results showed that some consumers are still hesitant to use these services because of difficulties with trust and low digital literacy.
