| dc.description.abstract | This research report investigates the effect of health and safety practices on job performance at Pro Heli International Services Ltd in Nakasongola, Uganda. Findings from 117 employee respondents across aviation, hotel and operations departments reveal that inadequate safety measures including insufficient training, poor PPE provision and weak hazard reporting contribute to reduced productivity, higher absenteeism and lower morale. | |
