and a 5-day forecast. The system's core functionality includes the storage of weather data, the
generation of weather alerts based on severe conditions, and the visualization of weather trends
through graphs and charts. A key feature of this system is its real-time data updates, ensuring that
users receive the most current weather information. The system also includes a human verification
component, enhancing security by restricting access to verified users. Additionally, customizable
notifications and alerts allow users to set their preferences, ensuring that they receive relevant
information tailored to their specific needs. The Weather Prediction System is particularly valuable
for communities in regions prone to adverse weather conditions, such as Bududa District, Uganda,
