The research investigated key HR practices, including fair compensation, timely salary payments, employee engagement, training and development opportunities, anti-harassment policies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, to understand their influence on employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall organizational effectiveness. Findings reveal significant challenges such as delayed salary payments, perceived unfair compensation, limited employee engagement, and inconsistent policy implementation, which negatively impact organizational performance. The study provides actionable recommendations to address these challenges, including improving financial management, enhancing communication strategies, promoting transparent pay structures, and implementing comprehensive training programs. The findings underscore the importance of ethical HR practices in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee performance, and achieving organizational goals
