This study was conducted to examine the impact of supply chain risk management on the procurement practices at Uganda Breweries Limited located at Port Bell in Nakawa division, Kampala District. It was conducted from March 2026 to May 2026. The study adopted a case study and descriptive research design. We had a sample size of 67 employees drawn from a population of 80, which in return yielded 60 valid responses (89.6%). Data was collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. Chapter four findings confirmed that supplier delays, price fluctuations and transportation disruptions are key risks affecting procurement. Also notable to say is that regression results showed a strong statistically significant relationship between supply chain risk management and procurement performance. The feedback from interviews conducted with management revealed mitigation strategies like supplier evaluation, multiple sourcing and the use of digital systems as solutions. Chapter five concluded that effective risk management greatly enhances procurement outcomes, particularly in cost efficiency, supplier reliability, timely delivery and product quality. Finally I recommend manufacturing firms to strengthen supplier management practices, expand sourcing strategies and invest in digital technologies to improve supply chain resilience and performance
