dc.description.abstractThe study was intended to Enhancing Supply Chain Efficiency through Effective Fleet Management Systems, case study of coca-cola namanve in Mukono district; It's based on roles of Fleet Management Systems, challenges faced while implementing Fleet Management Systems and supply chain and relationships between Fleet Management Systems and supply chain efficiency within the company, producers, service quality, and relationship quality with supplier, and financial value on the Fleet performance. In chapter three, I conducted the research based on the formatted research design, this shows the study population, sample size and sampling techniques, Data source, Data collection methods and procedure, data analysis and presentation that was used during data collection, and concludes with the challenges faced when carrying out the research. In chapter four, I presented the data collected, analyzed and interpreted basing on the research objectives. The study was found out that Fleet Management Systems play very significant roles in ensuring efficiency of the supply chain not only to the organizations but as well to other stakeholders that do not
