This study was and has been based on the factors contributing to gender based violence and its medio co-legal aspects among people aged 15 years and above in Nakifuma-Nagalama town council, Mukono District. It has been conducted in order to discover the causes and pave way to the challenges arising from gender equality to marginalized groups and children. This being a worldwide public challenge which cuts across all ages, classes, cultures and nationalities. The determinants occur at the individual, community and societal levels within all social, economic, religious and cultural groups.
